These are the ideas I want to play with, the thing(not shore what to call it yet) gets it information of the world around it from its microphone, everything it takes in it puts back out this creates some interesting feedback loops and possibly an emergent behaviour. all information is converted to visual information, the things mental image what’s happening, the central region reacts purely to the moment excited by stimuli quietening down as it ceases. the coloured horizon is its world picture its understanding. This is constantly updated due to new inputs and the data builds on its self adding detail to its world. As its world picture is constantly changing the early stimuli fade having less effect (similar to memories fading)
The imagery is created looking like a horizon to represent the things image of its world, intense primary colours have been chosen as this signifies its childlike (naive) interpretation.
As well as reflecting its senses back out it remembers some moment of activity calling them out again when things are quiet.
